A Message from our Founder
“During my 30 years of hands-on experience in coaching and leadership development, I continue to be inspired by clients, colleagues and friends as I grow and learn about the power of emotional intelligence. A little while ago, a young man asked a profound question in class. “What percentage of the time do we need to be nice to people?” It was at this moment that I knew I wanted to focus even more of my practice on the development of emotional intelligence skills. Then, recently at of one of my training sessions with the Goleman EI organization, Dan Goleman posed a question to the audience, “what would you like to do with this information?” I rose and shared with the audience that I thought it might be a good idea to be a “Force for Good.” eiGlobal is a response to these and many similar moments on my journey.”
